coed volley ball summer 4 week seris begins. we will meet at the volley ball court and play volley ball on the sand. Jc park has a great sandy court. this is beginer volley ball and is geared toward just having fun. first game June 18th, last game July 9th 2010 please arrive a few minutes early if you can come and enjoy the activites. if you have not been placed on a team, you can be a stand by, or bring a frisby, or a tennis racket. this is a great way to get to know other poeple, even if you just want to watch. the sun is cooling off by this time of day. this is a free event we are in need of organizers, photography people, and so forth. call or email if you want more info. lisa [masked]

Paddling inside and around Shell Key I will be in the Keys (camping at Long Key SP) during the Labor Day weekend and thought I would schedule a paddle down there in case you happen to be in the area. Launch Site: MM 79(bayside), paddling time to, around and inside the Key will be appriximately 2 - 2 1/4 hours. To reach the launch site pull off on the bayside at MM 79 near Teatable Bridge. We will paddle out to Shell Key through the shallow water to have a better chance to spot rays, sharks, and baitfish. After we get to the key will will go through a narrow mangrove tunnel for about 5 mins and into a logoon filled with upside down jellyfish. Do not touch them and we are not allowed to set foot on the Key. After coming out of the key we will proceed north into the Shell Key flats where there are wading birds and mangroves. Since this is a short trip, it will allow us time to explore the surrounding areas. If you like after the paddle you can come back to the campsite for something to eat and drink. Tennis doubles meet at Whispering Pines park located at 800 SW Darwim Blvd. We will play doubles. This is promote fun, free, physical activties. Beginers can take the second court, intermetiate will play doubles on court 2. come have some fun and learn a new skill while making great new friends contact michelle for more info regarding this meetup. meets every Monday and Thursday nights 6:30- 10:00. you can leave earler if you need to.

6AM MORNING WORKOUT GIRLS ONLY we will meet and workout in the club house. the workout room has three epiciptal machines, two treadmills, stationary bike and lots of weights to use. There is truely something for everyone. in addtion to this you are welcome to use the pool or the dry sanua after your workout. this is a great way to meet new friends, its a great way to get into shape at your own pace with out joining an expensive gym, it also helps me to get up and get moving knowing that someone is waiting on me.
